Developed a headless CRM, purely based on chat interaction (ChatGPT). Knowledge is managed through GIT, and kept in VectorDB for fast access. Extended AI capabilities with MCP tooling around the CRM topic and hosted the CRM on a sovereign cloud stack.

Cloud Migration from On-prem Data Center

Led the requirements engineering for an existing data center infrastructure to prepare for a lift-and-shift migration. This included evaluating target hosting platforms (VMWare or OpenStack) and designing an advanced networking architecture with VMWare NSX-T.

Cloud Migration of an ESB

Analyzed a central ESB with hundreds of connected stores and prepared a lift-and-shift migration for TIBCO services, adopting cloud-native solutions where applicable. The entire cloud infrastructure was defined as code to migrate the existing integration platform.

Cloud-Native DMZ Architecture

Designed a network architecture fully based on Azure components with legacy TIBCO stack integration, applying corporate and KRITIS security guidelines. Enforced an infrastructure-as-code approach to allow for security audits.

Tibco

Cloud Migration of an Integration Platform

Migrated a large-scale TIBCO integration platform (about 1,000 services) by containerizing all applications and using Kubernetes. Introduced dynamic scaling on all components (Scale-To-Zero) and migrated TIBCO applications to Rust.
